The self-contained Annex House is the perfect retreat for additional guests who, from it’s front terrace, can also enjoy the breathtaking view of the unspoilt, rolling Tuscan hills in front.

  • The Annex house is on one floor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which one is suitable for disable access, a functional small kitchen and an entrance/living room.

  • All bedrooms have A/C and are divided as follows:

    • 1 room with a Queen size bed, with ensuite bathroom, with bath and shower

    • 1 twin room, shares bathroom with bedroom 3

    • 1 twin room that can be converted into a double room, shares bathroom with bedroom 2

  • Both bathrooms are new, one with a tub and the other with a spacious shower, is fully adapted for disabled use.

  • A small and well-equipped kitchen
